Educational Services offers live, interactive training in a "virtual classroom" setting. Participants log in to the web conference using a standard internet browser. A telephone connection provides the audio and voice interaction. The instructor discusses conceptual material using presentation slides, and demonstrates procedures using the live application. Participants then work through hands-on exercises, referring to step-by-step instructions as needed. The instructor is available in live time to provide coaching and answer questions. Focused, single-session workshops address specific topics of interest. Broader training on an application is addressed through multiple training sessions, giving participants the opportunity to practice and further explore the software between sessions.

Individuals can sign up for publicly scheduled workshops. Payment for Web training workshops is not refundable and registration is not transferable. Closed session workshops can be organized for participants within the same company by contacting your MDL Account Manager.
